The premise is available for wedding ceremony, reception, birthday parties, family function, conferences, exhibitions and other occasions.

All booking will be confirmed only on payment of a 75% advance of the estimated billing. Balance to be paid as per the agreed terms 30 days in advance of the function date.

Session timings will have to be strictly adhered to.

Facilities on the campus will include space for the function, available rooms for the guests, 50 Dunlop Chair, 150 Fibre Chair, square tables for catering , limited lighting and sound facility along with generator for power backup only.

Cancellation and Amendment policy: If the booking is cancelled in any case than the entire amount will be refunded only if the cancelled date gets booked by some other customer otherwise there will be no refund of the booking amount.

All damages to the property of the Centre during the course of the function will be charged to the Organizer’s (client) account and the client will have to bear the cost of the damage.

No food and beverages from outside are allowed. No alcoholic beverage is allowed inside the campus. Client will be responsible for any such activity.

Hoarding and banners at the main gates and inside the premises, flower arrangements and any other artifacts can be put only after approval from the administration office.

As per our policy all Catering, Audio/visual equipment and flower arrangement, structure arrangement etc will have to be taken after approval from the Kunwar Resort administration office in charge on duty/coordinator. .

In case the function involves music or related activity, please note that the volume of the music needs to be with acceptable limits and should not disturb other people residing in neighborhood. The administration office reserves the right to reduce/stop the music or musical activities in case of any disturbance or damage in the campus and late by 10.00 PM.

Parents and guardian must supervise children all the times. Use of facilities at the campus is at your own risk.

If you wish to get more facilities than the above stated items, the arrangement for the same can be made through our approved vendors only on additional charges as per their current market rate.

The management cannot be held responsible in any way for any injury/damage caused to you or your guests or loss of belongings/theft/misplacement/misuse/unauthorized use of belongings of the guests/organizers of event or any movable property.
